Email campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated communications. Drip campaigns for nurturing leads and engaging existing audiences.

Phase 4: Advanced Analytics & Insights

Detailed reporting on events, attendance, revenue, and audience trends. Historical data analysis and forecasting to help event creators make better decisions.

Phase 5: Merch Sales

Enable artists and venues to sell merchandise directly through the platform. Includes inventory management, order fulfillment tracking, and integrated payment processing.
